On-Demand CLE: Recent Appellate Decisions, August 2020

This one credit on-demand program is a recording of the live CLE program I presented in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, on August 15, 2020. In one hour, we look at several recent decisions from the Minnesota Supreme Court and other appellate courts in the region. I anticipate that most attorneys taking this program will be doing it as part of my Minnesota Season Pass for $89, but if you need just one credit, you can take this program by itself for $10.

Make payment of the course fee. The fee for the entire program is $10, or you may sign up for my Season Pass for only $89. You can mail a check or pay online at the link below.

If paying online, click the "Pay Now" link below. You will be able to enter the code numbers during the payment process. If you prefer, you can leave this field blank and send the code numbers to me separately.

Upon receipt of your payment and code numbers, I will send you via e-mail a certificate of attendance. If you don't have an e-mail address, I can send this by U.S. Mail. I process these courses manually, so please allow time for me to respond. I will normally provide your certificate of attendance within 24 hours.

Recent Minnesota Decisions. Live lecture presented by Richard Clem. This program will review recent decisions from the Minnesota Supreme Court, and other courts from around the region. Topics include attorney discipline, search and seizure, navigable waters, statute of limitations, medical assistance, effective assistance of counsel, geographic names, reasonable accomodation, and more. One hour.

He has a J.D., cum laude, from Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul and a B.A. in History from the University of Minnesota.
